Executive Director
Sharon's experience includes 20+ years of leadership in all aspects of senior living, full-service retirement communities, and long term care. Licensed in 6 states as a Nursing Home Administrator. Sharon has also been a Certified Professional Food Manager.

Besides administration, Sharon has been listed in Who’s Who of Professionals with extensive involvement in legislative/regulatory affairs, public advocacy, staff education, and outreach nationally and statewide. An active community volunteer, she has organized a state museum theatre volunteer corps, has served as National Treasurer and Board member of the American College of Health Care Administrators, the NJ Governor’s Task Force on Disabled, and is a fellow of the Institute of Political Leadership.

Crystal D. Venetti, PCHA
Administrator
Crystal has worked in the geriatric field for 20+ years and currently oversees both the Personal Care Home and Memory Care unit at Belle Reve. She lives in Montague, NJ with her husband Mark, daughter Amy and their mini Schnauzer, Sparkles. Crystal also has a grown son who is a police officer in Hoover, Alabama.

Diane has 31 years' experience in Long Term Care, 11 as a Director of Nursing. Diane is the mother of 4 children and is a confirmed cat lover with 4 cats, 3 of which were rescued.

Emmi’s 15 years' experience includes hospice palliative care, long term care management, ICU, ER and Cardiac care. Life interests embrace a wonderful husband, 2 children, 2 cats, 2 dogs, friends and boating.

Monica Riley
Director of Social Services/Admissions
In 2009, Monica received her Masters in Social Work from University of Central Florida. Her professional career continued in Florida doing case management for the Medicaid Waiver program and in the home health field as a Medical Social Worker.

Nancy Steinbacher
Director of Marketing
Nancy was the first employee of Belle Reve, starting in July 2000. Nancy has been in the medical marketing field since 1983, mostly as a Director of Marketing. Being the first employee, Nancy, whose first office for Belle Reve was across the street, got to watch as the roof went on, the building was decorated, the furniture was brought in, the first inspections were passed and the first residents were admitted to Belle Reve. Nancy has lived in Milford for 18 years and is currently a Director for the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and works, as a volunteer, with The Black Bear Film Festival.

After finishing Misericordia University in 3 years, Kaitlyn has joined the Belle Reve Marketing team. Kaitlyn has a lot of compassion to offer potential residents and their families. Spending time at the beach and with her family make Kaitlyn a well rounded person.

Bill Meurer
Food Services Director
Bill has been with Belle Reve for 5 years. While in the Navy, Bill found his love of cooking and after his Naval service, attended and graduated from the world famous Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Bill is married and has one daughter.

Facility Director
Ed has 20 years' experience in the Environmental Health & Safety arena and has been with Belle Reve since 2008. Ed enjoys the outdoors and working with his hands. Ed has 6 children and 1 granddaughter and considers every resident at Belle Reve a part of his extended family.

“Ronnie,” as she likes to be called, has been with Belle Reve since 2009. She loves being a part of the residents' extended family. When not at work, Ronnie loves being with her family enjoying life’s greatest gifts, something the residents have taught her to do, she says.

With 29 years' prior work experience in the financial, retail and medical fields, Marie came to Belle Reve 10 years ago. In spite of a 3’ blizzard on her first day at Belle Reve, Marie made it to work! Originally from Staten Island, NY, Marie has lived in Dingmans Ferry for 20 years with her husband Harold of 31 years and 12 year old Samoyed “Sambuca.”

Joan is a graduate of William Paterson College with a degree in Sociology/Anthropology. Joan has worked in the activities field for 18 years and is a member of PAPA (Pennsylvania Activities Professional Association). Joan recently became a certified Reiki Practitioner. She enjoys music, especially singing, and is she a ham!!
