Travis Martin, Executive Director

Hello, my name is Travis Martin. I am the Executive Director at Belle Reve Senior Living. I am excited to be a part of this great team and family at Belle Reve. I would like to give a brief background of myself and my work experience. I am one of four boys. I grew up on a dairy farm outside of Chambersburg, PA. Having grown up on the farm, my father instilled a strong work ethic and a ‘do it yourself’ attitude at a very young age. I left the farm after high school to seek a nutrition degree at Penn State University. After graduation, I found myself working in a large nursing and rehabilitation facility in York, PA as the evening kitchen supervisor. After a few months, I was transferred to a facility in Camp Hill, PA as the Assistant Food Service Director. It was at this time that I began to see myself having a career in the skilled nursing area of healthcare. A couple years later, I was promoted to a Food Service Director position outside of Harrisburg, PA in a small town called Duncannon. A year later, my wife and I relocated to the NEPA area. I took a position working near Bloomsburg, PA again as the Food Service Director. During this time, I took classes at Marywood University to obtain my Nursing Home Administrator license. I was then hired on as the Executive Director in Training with Golden Living. I have been licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator since 2009. I have spent much of my career as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator with Golden Living in Wilkes-Barre, PA. I look forward to learning and expanding my knowledge from the team at Belle Reve as I get to know each resident and family we are proud to serve. 

Jennifer Faines, Activity Director Certified (ADC)

Jennifer is a certified activity director with experience in skilled nursing and dementia care. She has worked in health care for the last 6 years. Mrs. Faines is a native of Sussex County area. Jennifer graduated with a BA in Communications from MT. ST. Mary College, Newburgh, NY. Jen is also a certified Positive Approach to Care (PAC) Coach. She is married and enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 children.

Monica Hermes, Director of Social Services

Monica joined our team in July of 2011. Monica has earned a bachelors degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University and a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Central Florida. After living in Orlando for 3 years, Monica now lives in my hometown of Cresco, PA. She loves spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.

Kaitlyn Huttman, Director of Marketing

After finishing Misericordia University in three years, Kaitlyn joined the Belle Reve Marketing team in 2011. Kaitlyn has a lot of compassion to offer potential residents and their families. She is a member of the Sigma Beta Delta national business society and is involved in other local organizations. Spending time at the beach and being with her daughter and husband makes Kaitlyn a well rounded person.

Michelle Setta, RN, Director of Nursing

Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University. Her certifications include being certified as a Pennsylvania State Department of Education Nurse Aide Instructor, certified in Long-Term Care, and holding a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Michelle has three children and lives in Lackawanna County. She enjoys CrossFit, bike riding, hiking, gardening and cooking.

Andrew Pascucci, Business Office Manager

Responsibilities of the business office manager include operating 5-star concierge service at the front desk, in addition to accounts payable and receivable, and human resources.

Chris DavisDirector of Rehabilitation

The director of rehabilitation oversees the daily operations of the program. Additional responsibilities include care plan meetings, coordinating CMI with the MDS Coordinator, and in-service scheduling. Chris resides local to Milford PA. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children.

Wesley Ostrout, Environmental Services Director

Responsibilities of the environmental services director include overseeing housekeeping and maintenance.

Bill Meurer, Director of Dining Services

Bill found his love for cooking in the U.S. Navy. After leaving the Navy Bill attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park N.Y. Bill started working in health care in 1987. He has been the Director of Dining Services at Belle Reve since 2006. Bill is married with three children, and has one grandson.
